2. Download the SOAOTH-00227883-1040.EXE file to a temporary or download directory (please note this directory for reference).
3. Go to the directory where the file was downloaded and double-click the SOAOTH-00227883-1040.EXE file to begin the installation.
4. At the "User Account Control" screen, click "Yes".
5. At the "Select Country" screen, select the country for this installation, and then click "Next".
6. At the "VAIO Messenger Update Ver. 2.0.202.0" screen, click "Next".
7. At the "License Agreement" dialog, read the agreement, then, if you agree, click "I Agree" to continue with the installation.
8. At the "Finished" screen, click "Finish".

The installation of the VAIO Messenger Update is complete.
