Supported File Formats for DLNA® and USB Compatible Blu-ray Disc™ Players

You can enjoy video, audio and image files on your Blu-ray Disc™ player from USB or DLNA devices. See the chart below for supported file formats:

  • Use the DLNA feature to access media files over your home network from other DLNA enabled devices, such as a PC or PlayStation®3 system.
  • Enjoy media files from a USB device, such as a digital camera, MP3 player, or USB storage device, connected to the USB input on the Blu-ray Disc player.

  • Not all files are guaranteed to play.
  • A part of a file type may not play back.
  • Wi-Fi® built-in players require an 802.11 home network and content stored on a DLNA compliant PC or server.
  • Wi-Fi ready players require a UWA-BR100 USB adapter (sold separately), 802.11 home network, and content stored on a DLNA compliant PC or server.
  • Player that do not support wireless or the claim does not mention wireless require a home network and content stored on a DLNA compliant PC or server.
