• This utility will uninstall the previous version of SonicStage® Mastering Studio before proceeding with the update.
• During the installation of this file, be sure that you are logged in as the Administrator or as a user with Administrative rights.
• To ensure that no other program interferes with the installation, save all work and close all other programs. The Taskbar should be clear of applications before proceeding.
• It is highly recommended to print out these instructions as a reference during the installation process.

2. Download the SOASMS-00812202-US.EXE file to a temporary or download directory (please note this directory for reference).
3. Go to the directory where the file was downloaded and double-click the SOASMS-00812202-US.EXE file to begin the installation.
4. At the "Welcome to SonicStage Mastering Studio Upgrade" screen, click "Next".
5. At the "License Agreement" dialog, read the agreement, then, if you agree, click "I Agree" to continue with the installation.
6. At the "SonicStage Mastering Studio Upgrade Program 1.2" dialog, click "OK".
7. At the "SonicStage Mastering Studio Upgrade Program 1.2" screen, click "Next".
8. At the "Confirm Uninstall" box, click "OK".
NOTE: Once un-installation is complete, click "Finish" to complete this step.
9. At the "Installshield Wizard" screen, click "Next".
10. At the "Installshield Wizard Complete" screen, click "Finish".
11. At the "SonicStage Mastering Studio" screen, click "Next".
NOTE: Once the upgrade version is installed, click "Finish".
12. At the "Complete" screen, click "Finish".

The installation of the SonicStage® Mastering Studio Update is complete.
