• For computers that shipped originally with Microsoft Windows Vista operating system, this file is intended to provide basic system functionality under Microsoft Windows XP operating system.
• WARNING!: For computers optimized for use with Windows Vista operating system, some functionality will be lost under Windows XP operating system. Please click here for more information.
• During the installation of this file, be sure that you are logged in as the Administrator or as a user with Administrative rights.
• To ensure that no other program interferes with the installation, save all work and close all other programs. The Taskbar should be clear of applications before proceeding.
• It is highly recommended that you print out these instructions for use as a reference during the installation process.

2. Download the BRDBLT-00174481-XP.EXE file to a temporary or download directory (please note this directory for reference).
3. Go to the directory where the file was downloaded and double-click the BRDBLT-00174481-XP.EXE file to begin the installation.
4. At the "Broadcom Bluetooth Device driver ALPS-UGPZ9-BCM2046" screen, click "Next".
5. At the "End-User License Agreement" dialog, read the agreement, then, if you agree, click "I Agree" to continue with the installation.
6. At the "Finished" screen, click "Finish".
7. At the "This system must be restarted to complete the installation" screen, click "OK" to restart the computer.

After the computer restarts, the installation of the Broadcom® Bluetooth® Device Driver is complete.
