The VAIO Care application provides the following diagnostic to help determine if there is a hardware issue with your VAIO computer.

To access the diagnostics tools, open the VAIO Care application, click Advanced Tools

- The Hard Drive diagnostic may not be available for a computer with a Solid Sate hard drive or a RAID configuration.

VAIO computers no longer come with recovery media. You can create your own create media using the VAIO Care application.
To access the feature, open the VAIO Care application, click Advanced Tools, click Restore and Recovery and then click Create Recovery Media.
I upgraded the VAIO Care application from version 6.x to 8.x and now I am unable to locate the One Click Report.
The One Click Report is still present in the VAIO Care 8.x version.
