Itís important to note that all other functions of the device work and can continue to be used by customers as intended. As a precaution and to protect your product, please be sure not to use your Xperia Tablet S where water may splash onto it.
The free inspection program is now available for US customers who purchased this product, and we will repair or replace affected devices at no charge.
To take advantage of this program, please contact the Sony Customer Experience Center at 1-855-476-6982 to arrange to have your Xperia Tablet S inspected. We will provide you with a prepaid shipping label to send your product to the Sony Service Center.
Note: Please allow 7 to 10 business days for the inspection process and shipping to and from the Service Center.
